Dr. Antonio Mancera
Dr. Mancera is a native of Laredo and product of its schools. He graduated from Alexander Magnet High School and received his B.S. from Baylor University.
Over the next 10 years, he completed his training in San Antonio. He attended the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio where he received his Medical Degree. He did his Internal Medicine Residency at the University Hospital and Audie Murphy V.A. Hospital. He then spent additional years specializing in Rheumatology.
Dr. Mancera has also attended many training courses in musculoskeletal ultrasound. With the ultrasound machine (also known as a sonogram machine), he can provide joint or carpal tunnel injections with more accuracy. The ultrasound machine also helps with diagnosis of certain conditions.
Dr. Mancera specializes in the latest treatment of severe autoimmune conditions such as lupus, psoriatic arthritis, vasculitis, and rheumatoid arthritis. The Laredo Arthritis & Rheumatology Center also has an infusion suite to provide I.V. medications such as Remicade, Actemra, Orencia, Benlysta, IVIG, Cytoxan, and Rituxan if necessary.
Dr. Mancera is excited to bring his services to South Texas and help people with arthritis and rheumatological conditions live a more a happier and a productive life.

Pacifico Therapy is proud to provide aquatic and physical therapy in a spa-like setting with state of the art equipment and the latest advancements in the treatment of pain and range of motion issues related to illness or injury.
Physical therapists help people with physical injuries or illnesses of to regain range of movement and control their pain. Physical therapists, or PTs, help people who have lost motor function due to accidents, illness or age.
Dr. Sanchez or James, as he prefers to be called, was born and raised in Laredo. James studied at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. He trained in Austin in some of the nation’s top destinations for Rehabilitation and took a staff position with Select Medical. Realizing there was still plenty to learn, James began pursuing advanced training in the following specialties: Industrial Rehab, Sports Medicine, Vestibular/Concussion Management (Balance & Coordination), Aquatic Therapy, Cancer Rehab, Orthopedics and Trigger Point Dry Needling. James returns to Laredo to fulfill a lifelong dream of helping his community as he routinely says, “ By providing hands on care, we can make lives better.”
Physical Therapist, D.P.T.
Born in Nuevo Laredo, Jessica considers Laredo her hometown. Her career in healthcare began in 2005, where later she found her passion in rehab. Jessica loves to help patients better understand their insurance benefits by detailing how best they work—she’s a patient advocate. In the past she’s led clinics in coordinating schedules, verifying insurance benefits, and communicating with physicians as well as their respective teams. Since 2017, she has been managing the Therapy Department at Pacifico. During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and cheers them on during their various sporting events.
Jasmin attended United High School where she played Golf. Her family has been her primary inspiration that led her to pursue rehabilitation. Early on, watching her family members struggle with day to day activities kept her motivated to excel in the field of physical therapy. She went on to complete her degree of A. A. S. at Laredo Community College in 2017. Jasmin stays fit by living a healthy lifestyle and trying to model that behavior to all the people she can influence. Her goal of helping people live their best life comes from her scientific curiosity and a positive outlook on life.
